A proposal to develop the Teesside WW Course has been put forward to attract funding to update the course.
Outline Proposals include : the provision of pumps in order to prolong the operating times of the course : increased water flows (up to 14 cm3) : new obstacles : re-sculpting some areas to give additional features (including an international standard Freestyle Feature).
If the funding is achieved it is vital that paddlers have some input into final designs.

BCU Coaching Scheme
BCU changes to Coaching.
The general gist is not to panic!!! I'm sure that 12 months down the line we'll wonder what all the fuss was about.
We need to take whats is best in the present scheme and slot in the best of the new and we should create a much more meaningful canoe coaching set up for the UK. What do you think?
